This is my local SOS Driver License station that I have used for years. In summary the people are generally friendly and pretty efficient. I had been road tested there once in 2002, and never again after that. This location separates the stickers from licensing so that stickers can get in and out quick. They even have a drive up window for plate sticker quick service. I have used it before and it took them less than 3 min. I went in there recently for my Doubles Triples endorsement on my CDL, and managed to get in and out with that and my backup ID card in less than 35 min. Half of that was wait, the other processing. They usually have plenty of people on staff, so things can move quick. However since the TVDL has been made available, there is a huge uptick in drivers license requests. The facility is always clean, the seats are ok, and the bathrooms are usually in excellent condition. There is no large front line up front like in most facilities. Rather, you take a number card and they go down the line. Simple but effective. Overall, I give this one a four because it has been pretty consistent and given the category, I have seen some pretty bad license facilities(Chicago, Quad Cities).
