Dylan’s Sewer & Drain

Dylan’s & Ralph’s Sewer & Drain gave me a problem that I originally did not have! Bob and Brett came out for a routine sewer cleaning in June 2013. I was not having a drain problem I wanted to make sure that I did not in the future. The property was vacant, I was remodeling inside. They cut the drain cap off of the floor drain, let it fall into the the sewer and did nothing about it. Two days after the tenant moved in (March 2014) water is coming up through the floor drain. I called a different plumber. Upon camera inspection they found the sewer cap parts in my sewer line and was able to get them out. Of course I called Dylan’s to ask for a refund. Bob told me someone would call me in a few days. Now when I call and leave a message no one calls me back. Dylan’s got $ 150 from me and caused me more problems. The good thing is that I found a better plumber! Dylan’s is out, Bison Plumbing is in!
