Normally I love 5 Guys… first time coming to this one… how disappointing to get our food… we received burgers and a grilled cheese with burnt bacon… when we brought it to their attention we were told that bacon is made in the morning(we were there for dinner)… then the manager was brought over from the grill and she said it looked a little dark… although they did replace the sandwich it could have been done so without the attitude… then to top it off the manager on duty was the one dancing around and hollering the loudest… will never be back to that location

Always delicious. Great burgers, great fries. Always love my fries Cajun style. Can be pricey but worth it for sure. Plus Coke Freestyle what’s not to love. The only caution I have is it you are trying to avoid grease, this might not be your spot.

This place is fine but I’m blown away that so many people think they’re the best burgers anywhere… I have to ask, have you ever tried a burger someone made at home, or any non-fast food burger? I should note that I didn’t get cheese on my burger, but I wanted to see if the burgers were really as life changing as many people suggest they are. And I can tell you that they’re not. I got a Bacon Burger + jalapenos and I would say I was probably disappointed for a few reasons. First of all, the meat just didn’t have any seasoning to it at all — it just tasted like beef. The bacon was burnt/too crispy and didn’t do anything for me. To top it all off, I found my burger to be borderline dry. I also tend to not add many condiments to my burger because I like to showcase the beef, but in this case, I wish I had put some on. It’s almost as if the burgers here are too lean — that or my burger was simply cooked a little too long. I did like the fresh jalapenos on my burger, and they were actually spicy. I prefer pickled jalapenos most of the time, but these ones get my approval. The buns at Five Guys are«no frills» which is usually a positive, and here that’s no different. I’ve also heard a bunch of people claim Five Guys’ fries are«the best»… I call them«the bit better than average.» I got cajun fries and the seasoning on them was really good, but I mean… nothing about the fries themselves was particularly exciting. I don’t know why people seem to think these fries stand out above the rest. Yeah, this is what non-frozen fries taste like. I do love the fact you get an American-sized portion of fries here… it’s kind of out of control. A regular order of the fries is more than enough for two human-sized humans. For burgers AND fries I’d sooner head a quarter mile back east and go to Achatz Burgers. You get better value at Five Guys, but the food just isn’t as good/stand out-ish. Or if you’re really hungry for a burger and willing to drive a few miles out of the way, I’d definitely recommend Abby Lane in Fraser… maybe the best burger I’ve ever had with unreal onion rings. I’d not oppose to going to Five Guys again, but I wouldn’t suggest it to anyone with so many better burgers in the area at a comparable price.

Simple concept with great food. You can get a multitude of toppings on your burgers(which are delicious) as well as a heaping pile of hot, fresh fries. One«small» fry is enough for three to split. Also just tried one of their new milkshakes and they are the best!

So good! Tried on a whim and was not disappointed, wasn’t overly excited about the fries but no biggie I’ll be back for the burgers asap.

The burgers and fries here are amazing. My only problem is that the food here is so good that there are a lot of people here so I have to wait a little bit before I order food. Besides that, everything here is on point and is definitely a great place to eat.

My go to burger spot. Love this place. I have never had a complaint with any locations. Bacon burger all the way with fries and a lemonade.

Great burgers and fries. Guilty pleasure good to be sure. Never too busy which is odd but consistently pleased with my meal. Always get the«little» sized fries which is plenty. Slightly pricey for a burger/fry place but flavor makes it worth it every once in a while! Definitely check it out if you’re in the area!

Came here with one of my friends on a Saturday night. I had a deep craving for 5 guys. Just like its other locations, their burgers really do hit the spot. Even if you get a small fry, it feel endless! I usually get a little hamburger(1 patty) with onions, grilled onions, green peppers, mayo, ketchup, lettuce, & grilled mushrooms. This burger just hits the spot! No other burger can compare. My friend had a kosher dog & also loved it! Ready for my next visit!

Another 5 Stars for 5 Guys. These ‘Guy’s’ steadfastly knock it out of the park with consistency and great product followed by friendly service that I just don’t feeeeeel when I go to a lot of other places. My Aunt read my review and based on that, picked me up and took me to this location so she could get her hands on one of these baby’s. And like every story, the burger was great, and the fries were even better. Nobody believes it until they’ve done it themselves. So don’t wait, just order the biggest thing on the menu and enjoy your bag full of fries on top.

This is the closest burger joint I have ever found that even comes close to the burger greatness of in and out burger. Love the burgers! Fries are great! I get my burger in a lettuce wrap because it tastes amazing. They always ask if I have an allergy. Great service! My husband will find any excuse to go down to hall road just to eat here!

Unusual visit as 5 Guys is normally known for a warm –friendly welcome & being super clean. At 8:45 on 6−24−14, not so much. Even missing was the«Welcome to 5 guys«from the crew as we walked in the door. The double burger lacked its normal fresh taste & was kind of dry. The mini fries were good & plentiful The condiment area was filthy. The rug in front of the freestyle coke machine, had not been touched in hours.

What’s not to like? If you’re a burger fan this is definitely a great deal. It’s burgers made fast but they are not fast food quality burgers. They are actually as good as burgers I have had at various sit-down restaurants and the like. And you can have a multitude of toppings on said burgers.(Peppers? Uhhh yes please.) The fries are something fierce too; the oil they use is great. If you can’t see the appeal, you are too far in the forest to see the trees.

This is a good burger place. I haven’t had bad good here. The service was slow one time but what can you say when a place is busy. The one thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t have ranch. They have a cool pop machine that adds flavors to normal soda if you like.

Cool concept of the open kitchen. Fast food like setup but real meat. Sure it’s not the healthiest food but for a quick burger joint its on the upper end.

I love this joint. The burgers are cooked to perfection, and the fries are out of this world. A normal person would eat one burger, but I had to have two. I love the build your own burger concept that is smeemingly sweeping the nation. This place is amazing, and definetely worth a trip to, even if only for the space-age Coke machine they have that mixes all kinds of crazy flavors together(or you can just stick to the OG-Coke). For what it’s worth, this is my favorite burger joint, second only to Luxe Bar & Grill in Birmingham.

Great burger and fries! I love that you can add a bunch of toppings and it doesn’t cost extra. The fries are tasty, and for all you peeps who sing«God Save The Queen» or «Oh Canada!», they have malt vinegar for the fries!!! I think it cost about the same as McDonalds, and it about 1907834 times better!

Was told about a friend to try this place out… glad I did! The place was hoppin’ when we walked in around 3 pm. I was happy to see all the bags of potatoes laying around(part of their décor, and charm) and my mouth started to water! Nothing like fresh cut fries! We waited in line and when we got up to the front we pretty much had it down. We ordered«little» burgers, which are like regular size to me. The«regular» burger was way too big! And we got one order of fries to split and there were still some left after we ate til we almost burst! The seating isn’t the greatest. bartop tables with little stools, but the food was so good, I could have been eating in the bottom of a volcano and wouldn’t have minded. If you’re thinking about having a burger, SKIP the fast food joints and find a five guys… they’re getting to be all over!

Simple Questionnaire in perhaps my most simple to-date review. 1. DOYOU appreciate a sloppy, juicy, beefy burger with ALLSORTS of choices of(free) toppings on it? No frills. No tacky family restaurant choices like Buffalo Bill Burger, Blue Ribbon Burger, Texas Rodeo, Paul Bunyan’s, etc. Nope. Just straightforward hand-formed beef patty, sloppy, greasy, thick and heavenly burgers? It’s only purpose is for the burger patties, toppings and cheese to become polygamously married for the holy trinity in the kingdom of burgers. The bun is just to hold it all together and give you some starch. 2. WOULDYOU like killer Cajun fries with that? If you answered«YES» to both of the above questions — then you need to visit this place.
