We ordered 30 arborvitaes along with delivery and planting service. They didn’t plant them up to the standard. They were basically just dumped into the spot and covered with mulch. The holes were too shallow and the root balls were left wrapped not allowing air and water to go in. We watered and watered but the trees were still withering. We called but they refused to do anything. We had someone else come and took a look. The mulch around the root balls were soaked but the water couldn’t get to the roots. With $ 2000 spent, the service and attitude were far from Professional.
