STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE– Well I switched from Kuzel to Ocampo because I knew the office takes my insurance, and I didnt want to mess around with finding a new location, but that didnt work out for me! Ocampo was rude and in a hurry. Although I am not racist, she speaks extremely broken english which makes her difficult to understand, and when i asked questions she snapped her answers at me and rolled her eyes. Quick way to make my blood boil. To put it lightly, she IS NOT a good doctor. She Signed me up for an STD screening and suggested it may be herpes, but then did not even do the test for what she suggested, wasted my time AND money. Had to go back and get a blood test done (which how was i supposed to know that was a completely different test than the rest of them?) she was completely useless and unprofessional.
