Couldn’t believe it walked in there ready to buy a dishwasher 3 salesman sitting on their computers and not 1 of them got up. On my way out I noticed the up front was reading about baseball on line. If I owned the place all 3 would be FIRED… off to ABC I guess

I recently purchased a Bosch 5 burner stainless steel gas stove top from Celeste. She asked me all the important questions regaring my cooking habits, so she could direct me to what would be the most suitable cooktop for my needs. She showed me all of my options, printed them out with the prices and said to look everything over and make a decision when I was ready. There was no high pressure, nor did she try and direct me to the most expensive one. I ordered my cooktop over the phone and they Bosch was offering a rebate of $ 50.00 on it, but it was the last day to submit it, so she filled out all the paper work and mailed it in for me. The stove top arrived timely and in perfect condition. It was a very nice experience. I am always looking to purchase from small businesses and keeping our sales and sales tax in the state of Michigan. With our depressed economy, this is the only way we can improve it for all even if it costs a few more dollars. Problems will always exist between the manufacturers stores, items not arriving on time, missing or damaged parts. As a customer, you should always give them them the opportunity to rectify the problem. The last thing the store wants is to lose a sale and get a bad reputation. After all this would the least you would want someone to do for you.

They were able to order the appliance we needed and they delivered on time, but we didn’t get any breaks on price. Overall we were satisfied and would consider returning.
