The Clean Genie

I called them for an estimate on my home for a recurring service after I just canceled my pervious company. They were very responsive and I asked if I could have someone come out the same day I called because of my busy work schedule I wouldn’t have time to do a walk thru any other day that week and I needed a new company asap. They told me they were completely booked for the day but, put me on hold for a brief minute and the owner Terry had taken the call and said he would personally come out and do the estimate himself.
After Terry came out I immediately decided that they were the right company for me. He was so informative and warming, as he explained to me their Focus Clean System and how it works being it was a truly customizable program with all the cleaning materials included that were only being used in my home it really made me feel comfortable I was making the right choice considering I have 3 small children. Being that sanitizing and making everything healthy was my top priority.
They sent out one of their cleaning staff the next day and I met her before I left for work and she was so nice. It was nice to know that when they send out a cleaning staff it is the same girl every time in your home. Their price was perfect and I feel I got a lot more then what I paid for.
They are an excellent company! I would recommend them to anyone, they truly have a personal touch compared to any other company I have ever had before! 100% Awesome

I found them thru google. I called a few places before i spoke with them, when I first called they were polite and didn’t make me feel like it was a sales pitch. They were able to accomidate my schedule quicker than the 3 – 4 other places I spoke with. Their price was very reasonable. I had them come out to do a move out cleaning to get my the house ready to list for sale, they did such a great job I also hired them to clean the new house I was moving in too. I couldn’t have been happier with the job they did and will contact them for any future cleaning needs that arise. I would recommend then to anybody.
