I’m not a huge fan of Tim Hortons in the first place, and this particular franchise never gets your order right. The young man taking my order had to ask me over and over again«what was your order again?» And«oh you wanted mocha?» when I’d say that I wanted caramel flavoring. Really it was made out to be much more complicated than it should have been. The doughnuts are always sub-par and very clearly aren’t fresh, and the same worker grabbed it for me and put it in a bag without a glove on or the sheet of paper stuff they usually use. Needless to say, I threw my doughnut out and ended up not drinking my drink much as it was mostly ice chunks with a very small amount of flavoring.

What a joke, don’t get me wrong the coffee is good but there are some assholes working here. All the girls on afternoons & the black guys are great. It’s the PoS white 20-somethings who hate there shit life & put zero effort into their job. Weather it’s coffee running down the side of the cup or making orders wrong. No matter what it is the customer gets the attitude. I understand making $ 8/hr sucks but it’s not the customers fault. The overweight guy at the drive through had the worst attitude. I told him something was made wrong(completely) wrong & he made it seem like it was my fault. He remade it, before I could even ask for napkins he closed the window & walked away. He lucky I didn’t go inside & start shit because that’s ridiculous. Unfortunately he’s a waste of life & I’m not going to be paying his ass because his parents failed. Serious changes need to be made.

I came to this Tim Hortons as I do every time I have to go to to work early. I always get the same thing, a sausage egg and cheese, a Boston crème donut and a medium double cream coffee. During this visit, i went through the drive through. The window girl, i believe her name is Raylyn, was very kind even with a very long line. She was very quick and determined to make sure my quick visit was fast and accurate. Certainly going to that Tim Hortons again!

The reviews seem to tell a different tale to counter my experience. I went through the drive thru so I guess when I actually go into the establishment, I’ll update my review. However, my experience with the drive thru was pretty good! I ordered a gift card and a double cheese burger with fries. I was served successfully and timely and I was on my way.

Deserves 0 stars. Very careless employees, I would rather drive 10 miles out of my way to a different Tim Hortons. Order is always wrong, breakfast sandwich had frozen sausage and unmelted cheese, couldn’t eat it.

The bad thing about this place is that they frequently mess up the oatmeal to the point where it is a chunky soup that is inedible. Despite my complaints they still sporadically do it so I just stick with hot food only(which they actually do well). The best feature about this location is the drive thru speed. Seriously mind blowing how they orchestrate such an efficient team that keeps the line moving at rates faster than any other drive thru I have ever encountered.

Worst costumer service ever. They never get the order correct, they throw your order at you, they are the rudest people ever. I have been coming here for years. Once tiffany left this place sucks! Do yourself a favor and dont come here!

This Tim Horton’s location is horrible. I was there a week ago against my better judgment(I’ve had problems here before) and purchased an assorted 40 pack of timbits for the family. I opened them up before I left and realized there were only two flavors in the box.(Probably yesterday’s leftovers) I asked the female running the cash stand if she would kindly get me a different box with more flavors.(They prepackage them here at this location) and what would you know, I got an attitude… listen I am not just blowing smoke here, it’s been a week and I’m still pissed. This female looked at me like I was the devil. So she doesn’t give me a new box, she throws about six of the donuts away and gives me 6 chocolate timbits… so now I have a box of 40 with three different flavors. I decided to leave, I am driving down the road after my experience and it starts to weigh on me… I call the manager to complain and what would you know… attitude…first he tells me I don’t know what I am talking about, then proceeds to yell at me… now I get a little heated(but I stay polite) telling him he can’t talk to me like that and he was being rude. He hangs up on me… I call back… nothing, he turned the fax machine on. So needless to say I will never return to this Tim Horton’s location again and I encourage you to not go there either! The manager is an Arabic man and has a very bad demeanor. I think his name is Kamal. I am surprised that this place continues to thrive with a manager like him. The Tim Horton’s west of this location is great. Nice friendly people and assorted timbits!

Horrible customer service at this location. I now go out of my way to get coffee or just go to Starbucks. Every time I have to repeat my order at least 3 times. Donuts are stale tasting and never have enough filling Barely any choice for donuts at that. Went a couple weeks ago, and wasn’t able to get an ice Capp because their machine was broke. No apologies, no offer of another drink, no offer for a free one in the future for the inconvenience. I will never be back to this location which is sad since I live 2 miles away.

I love Tim Horton’s coffee — that’s the reason I keep going back. However, good coffee can be found at other places, and I’m the kind of guy that buys a coffee at LEAST once a day — so Tim Horton’s should be more aware of customer experiences. I’m not sure what has happened at TIm Horton’s over the last year, but things have changed. I’ve had the opportunity to talk to a Tim Horton’s employee outside of work, and she said every transaction is timed. You have a VERY limited amount of time to get the order pushed out before the employees are in trouble. Let me just say this, and I’m sure I’m not alone — I’d rather wait an extra 30 seconds and have friendly customer service, than have my food and coffee thrown at me with not even as much as a «thank you.» It has come to the point that when I ask for something as little as a sleeve for the coffee cup, I get an eye roll. Additionally, for a corporate-wide complaint: I used to be able to get a sausage biscuit combo(Large coffee, sausage biscuit, and a chocolate chip muffin) for $ 3.33 exactly. They got greedy and changed it up — now it costs over $ 5.00 for the same thing, and that’s pushing it. Just because Starbucks charges $ 5.00 for the swill people drink doesn’t mean you should try to fit the mold. I love Tim Horton’s for having good coffee for a reasonable price. In truth, I know these employees are probably making minimum wage and don’t care much about the job. I’m just not sure why I’m still paying for it.

While the drinks are always hot/cold and the donuts are always fresh the lack of customer service leaves a bad taste in my mouth & I will never return to this Tim Horton’s for that reason. There are plenty of Tim Horton’s in the area that are comparable when it comes to the quality of their product. The only characteristic that would distinguish a Tim Horton’s from another would be excellent customer service. The management & employees that I have encountered at this location are rude, disrespectful and have no common sense. I use to go to this Tim Horton’s every other day to pick up donuts for work. The drive through is super fast however they screwed my order up EVERYTIME. I always repeat my order 3 times, a 20 pack of Timbits NOPLAIN. Every time… plain donuts. I finally had enough & I called the manager. The guy barely spoke English & was a total prick. I told him I understood they were super busy in the morning & that I appreciated the fact that the drive thru moved so quickly however I was concerned that because they are working so fast that they are not fulfilling the orders accurately. You would think he would apologize & offer to correct my order the next time I came in. Nope. No apology, no offers. He basically told me that he didn’t care & that I should just go to another Tim Horton’s. Wow! So… I am and I am making sure everyone I know goes to a different Tim Horton’s as well.
