DONOTENTRUSTTHISPLACEWITHANYTHING! We had a really awful experience with this lady. This business should be ashamed of themselves — charging to ‘fix’ a dress, keeping it for 2 weeks, and then handing it over 3 days before a bride flies out for her wedding. She completely botched the wedding dress with poor alterations and we are now having to pay a 2nd time for someone to fix everything she did. And because she kept the dress so long, we only have 2 days to get it fixed and having to pay even more for the 2nd person to rush it. What was wrong with the dress you ask? first, it smelled of cigarette smoke, stray threads were left everywhere, she didn’t take in the shoulder part like we asked(even though she said she did), there was a brown mark/stain found on the dress. But the biggest issue: she took in the waist wrong and made the entire dress lopsided. Again she had this dress for 2 weeks, why I have no idea because it doesn’t seem like she did much to the dress. Not only was the work of poor quality, but her unwillingness to fix the problem is baffling. I called to let her know about the problem and she goes to say that she guarantees her work but only if we bring the dress back to her. I’m sorry — but why the hell would I bring it back for you ruin even more! I let her know that due to poor quality of work and lack of speed, we are not comfortable bringing it back to her and we really just wanted a refund — and she hangs up in my face and will now not answer her phone. I called her several times and left messages asking her to call me back so we could resolve this issue in a business like manner — of course I have not heard back from her. This person has ruined a $ 500 wedding dress that the bride spent forever picking out and was looking forward to wearing at one of her most important moments. And her attitude reflects that she could care less. SHAMEON you Ms. Johnny!
