We took our vintage bicycles to bike-tech for service, and the people there were very friendly. They seemed very knowledgable about the bikes, even though they are an unusual model and very old, and they had our bikes ready within a week. There were no surprises about the cost since their website gives an extensive list of the services they offer and the cost.

I purchased my first bike from Bike Tech over a year ago, and I am an extremely satisfied customer. The entire staff are knowledgeable and super-friendly, and they have an excellent selection of bikes in all price ranges. Matt Esterline worked with me to find the right bike and to ensure I got the proper size. When you purchase a bike, please don’t forget the most important part of the purchase — the bike fit. Matt worked with me for several hours the first day taking measurements and adjusting the bike to my frame. Then, I rode the bike for several weeks and came back in for another couple of hours to tweak out the settings. The custom fit has ensured that I can ride comfortably for many hours and remain injury-free. Matt knows his stuff and is very fun to work with — he really makes you feel comfortable, even if you are a first-time bike purchaser. Bike Tech is also active in the community, organizing group rides, supporting local charity events, and organizing a tri club. If you need a bike, apparel, or repair, please give Bike Tech a try.

Love Bike Tech! They’re very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with questions from newbies. Their service has always been fast on my bike(that I bought from them) and they really do a good job. They have a great selection of bikes and gear and allow and encourage test rides. I’ll definitely be getting my next bike from them.

this place personifies the locally owned bike shop. the people who work there always stop whatever they’re doing to say hey and see if you need anything. as with any home grown bike store, they are enthusiastic and supremely knowledgeable about their craft and how to promote it. my first stop in, the owner gave me a handful of local trail maps and even suggestions on where to eat, shop, hang out, etc in macon(we had only been in town for a few days). i haven’t had to have any repairs done, but like my old bike shop in scottsdale, i’m sure they would take excellent care of you without cleaning out your wallet. excellent shop.
