Helped me pick out some new gear so I can get on my way to be certified. Placed my order and everything just to get it shipped that day. I couldn’t have asked for an easier experience or customer service! Now just to await my package! If I ever need more/new equipment, I know where I’m going!

I’ve ordered my gear through divers-supply since 2007 and will always do so. After thorough research I could find no one that would match the prices for their scuba packages. They ship as quickly as possibly and have the best prices around. That’s not to say I haven’t had some issues. I have received damaged equipment and I have had items that took awhile to ship. However, in every case the customer service was all I could ask for. They immediately replaced my damaged regulator and sent me a box to return the old one in and when my order couldn’t be filled they sent me a better model free of charge immediately. This is how business is supposed to be done and I wish more places were like this.

I wish I could give a O star for this establishment. A very terrible customer service and a horrible place to shop. Let me tell you of my personal story with this establishment. I ordered my Scuba diving supply more than a week ago because I have to go to the ocean on the weekend as part of my Scuba diving class. After I placed an order, I received a confirmation email and sure enough it was missing my gloves so I called back to make sure that they put the gloves on it. When I was on the phone, the customer service rep couldn’t find me on the system so I asked her to see if she can search me through any way possible. The respond I get was«I can’t help you unless you have an order number» with an attitude. I was like«fine, I’ll call back.» When I called back with an order number, another guy sounded like a D-bag because I added an item on an existing order(that should have been there in the first place) and paid for it(not that I was getting for FREE). Hey, I let that go because whatever sometime people just have a bad day. So 2 days later, I received another email saying that a couple of my items are not in stock and that they will offer me an upgrade w/no charge for replacement items that are in stock. I replied right away with my replacement items and also TOLD them that I really need this ASAP. This was already 4 days in already and I also told them to upgrade the shipping for me so it can be here on time in the replied email. I call back today to make sure the stuff are sent. The rep told me yeah it was sent but by regular mail and that I won’t have my items until next week. REALLLY??? after all of that… How am I supposed to go to the ocean w/o gloves, mask, fins, snorkel, and boots? I don’t care if you were sorry for me but it was an inconvienence on your end after many of my attempts to let you know that this is urgent to me. I know this is the LAST time I will be dealing with this vendor. I hope many of you will not suffer from what I have to go through… Please stay away from this vendor!!!
