Dumb as a box of rocks. Made an online purchase, they shipped it UNFORTUNATELY with fedex or is it FedUP? Package arrived in town about 5:30 a.m. on Sat. Tracking stated out for delivery. Nothing! Called Monday and was told a line about how they load the truck the day before delivery. So, they have twice as many trucks and it takes a day to load it? Also, found out that they don’t do any deliveries on Monday. This is likely because they deliver on Saturday and don’t have to pay overtime. Supposedly delivered but not to me on Tuesday, called the local office Wednesday morning to inquire. It went to a central call center and not the local store. The guy spoke English, if you can call that what it was and asked me if I’d looked behind the bushes? Huh? You going to hide my packages in bushes? Then he asked me if I’d went around to all the neighbors and asked if my package was there. I told this guy why should I go out in the rain to hunt down a package that was supposed to be delivered to my house. I inquired about it being here Saturday and they held onto it. Well, it wasn’t scheduled for delivery until Tuesday. Let’s back up. Not sure I understood him. Even though it was at the local FedUP facility since 5:30 a.m. on Sat. but scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday, they held onto the package for three days. Yes, I was told. They would hold onto the package until the delivery date. What an incredible bunch of lies. If they’re going to lie like that, they should train them better. If it positively, absolutely has to be delivered, use somebody else!

I am a FedEx customer and this is the Middle Georgia shipping hub. There is nothing fancy about the location at all. If you need to ship something or pick something up, then all is well. The customer service here is top notch. They truly take care of you here and address your concerns. I subtracted a star for prices. The Post Office has them beat in almost every category.
