*clears throat* I love alcohol. I have alcohol most every day. This place is heaven when you walk in! It reminds me of my favorite liquor store back in Houston. Isles and isles of alcohol! It’s a candy store for adults. Enormous walk-in beer cooler probably as big as my apartment(okay not that big, but it’s big!). The displays are out of this world. I find myself taking pictures of the displays and of course, they do their job and work because it makes me wanna buy whatever their displaying. Whatever you’re searching for, there’s probably a 90% chance they have it. You may wanna block off about 30 minutes if you go in because you’ll get distracted with the vast amounts of choices. Lots of local beer selections too. You won’t be disappointed!

Best place to buy whatever alcohol you need. As good a beer selection as any of the growler places with better prices on most the beers. Enormous liqueur selection with affordable prices.

This place has everything! Their wall o’ whiskey is particularly impressive. It’s a little bit difficult to navigate, and the back of the store is full of boxes and other miscellaneousness, but as a place to stock up on booze, you really couldn’t ask for me. Super friendly and helpful staff as well!

Located across from Presidential Parkway and Kroger, this is one of the largest liquor stores in the state at more than 20,000 square feet. This is a warehouse type atmosphere with the plain jane furnishings, wide aisles and concrete floor. Wide selection of nearly everything and plenty of it, all at or near the best price in town. Granted, if you live on the other side of town, it’s not going to be worth your time and money for the drive to save a couple of bucks, but the drive might be worth that first visit. Just browsing the full selection will take you around 20 to 30 minutes. There are several trends in this country, like flavored vodkas. Most stores may carry one brand of a flavored vodka or maybe two. This store carries several brands in several sizes. Large displays of liquor still in the case with bottles on top makes a nice 80 proof mountain. Nice displays, great prices and an interesting way to spend 30 minutes just wandering around. Like beer? They have a very, very large selection of imported beer. I was told that the owner likes his beer and it shows. Many of these brands won’t be found outside of larger establishments in the Atlanta area. Wine, perhaps 20% to 25% of the store is devoted to wine. I’ve also been told that they’re not done expanding and creating a wine cellar. The fairly good to expensive, single bottle to jug wines are all available. On wine and spirits, I’ve found them equal or below all the competition around town on 95% of what they sell. Great security system so that they’re watching but not following you around the store watching you. Anyone ever had that experience? The former provides a video record of actions while giving the customer a comfortable feeling and shopping experience, while the latter gives the customer the impression that they’re viewed as a potential felon. Employees are friendly, there when you need them and not pesky/pushy in «how may I help you? What are you here to buy NOW at this very moment.» I’m sure that this store is putting some pressure on other liquor stores around town but as I said, it’s not worth driving across town to save a couple of bucks for the average purchase. For that hard to find item, this may be the place, though, to successfully find it. So, while I don’t feel that it’ll be running anyone out of business, it will be giving other stores around town a run for their money in matching prices, or begging the question that if they can sell it for X amount, why can’t my store sell it for the same price or nearly so. Going north on Log Cabin, it’s very easy to get to. Crossing the street is also easy by driving down the side street/lot of the business next door, make a left which puts you at the light. The only complaint is that other business and navigating to the light. I would think that since their lot(of this other business) opens up to a traffic light, that there may be a violation going on by them in street design and usage. Or, it’s possible that this other business is failing and unwilling by anger or simply lack of funds due to their terribly failing business model to do the right thing.
