Loving the soaps the scent is soft and not overwhelming which is hard to find. Plus the price you can’t beat for handmade soap. Will be ordering on line which I am glad she does won’t be back in store for awhile. She was really helpful when I was in store picking out soaps

I(like many others) make an annual sojourn here from Chicago to stock up on my goat’s milk and olive oil soaps. I ran out last year and had to order an obscene amount of them online, of which I fortunately still have ample stock. I ordered 21 bars since there was a flat shipping rate. I’m not really a «woman’s woman» and am incredibly low maintenance when it comes to «primping» but I read that soaps such as this are supposed to be much better for ones skin than the storebought variety. My skin also happens to be my most sensitive feature(in more ways than one) so if there’s any part of me I pay closer attention to, it’s that. There are probably ten or so scents that I love infinitely. They are as follows: almond, coconut, French vanilla, honeysuckle(LOVE), lilac(LOVE), oatmeal honey, peaches and cream, rose, and sweet pea. They’re all awesome, without being too overpowering. If I walk into a Bath & Body Works, I get a headache after just a few minutes from the smell of their stuff. Walking into Lori’s, it smells positively heavenly, without the headache. My mom also buys the little sea sponges here for her face. I have two of them, but I’ve yet to use them. I’m weird about what I use on my face. Everything is also reasonably priced. In the store, I think the goat’s milk bars are 4 for $ 12. The discount doesn’t apply online though. I think they’re $ 3.50 a bar on the website. I’m headed back to the Tampa area in like a month and a half or so, so I will obviously be stopping in to Lori’s. I may branch out and try some new scents this time. I don’t think one can go wrong with any of them. And it’s comforting to know that I can always get them online if I’m in a pickle.

I travel all the way from tampa yo get soaps from here. They smell amazing and last a really long time. They are a pretty decent price, at 4 for 12 too. A few of my favorites are the jasmine and the cocoa mango. They also have a bunch of sponges, which are good quality as well, and you can now get a soap that has the sponge attached, which is cool. The staff is cool and helpful.

You’ll know you’re coming upon this place long before you hit the door. What wonderful aromas waft from inside! From the bath bombs to the soap, everything in here has a real rustic, handmade, high quality charm. I especially like the sponges that are incorporated into the bar soaps, and the giant loofas are nuts! The lady at the register is a super sweetheart as well. Every time I come in she’s ready with a smile and smalltalk. Probably the best business at John’s Pass. I’m a lifer, but a tourist could do worse than bringing home a gift basket of local sponges and soaps.
