I had the BEST manicure of my life here, almost 3 weeks ago! April 7th, to be exact. Here I am on April 23rd, writing to say that my no-​chip French manicure is still going strong. Ask for Lily if you want to try this. I wasn’t sure at first about how natural she left the pink part, but as it grows out, there is genius in that!!! I’m only sad because I was there on vacation, so I regret that I am not able to go back once a month. If I lived in the Madeira Beach area, this would be MY PLACE!

I have NEVER had nails last so long! I get the gel on my hands and deluxe manicure on feet-​Last for a very long time! Best place I have found yet!

I go out of my way to go to Palace. Everyone there is friendly, talented, and not pushy. Sure, they’ll ask you to add on a service, but they don’t force it. It is nice and quiet, but not TOO quiet (like how some places are awkward). It’s so pretty and relaxing, I always want to drag out the polish drying process so I can sit and bask in the pretty granite as long as possible. The best set of pink and whites I’ve ever had was here– and my mom is a nail tech! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that it is definitely pricier than the other places in the area. The atmosphere is worth it to me. Even my boyfriend went with me for a pedicure and enjoyed it!

I am very disappointed with my current service. I had a gel nail manicure which started to peel the very next day. I came back to the salon after 3 days to get it fixed. I had my receipt. The polish literally dissolved after my nails were wrapped for 3 minutes. The nail tech was surprised that she didn’t even have to scrape the polish. She redid my nails– just a polish change and charged me $ 20. She said next time i should come back the next day. Maybe I should’ve but I don’t have time to have my nails done every day-that’s why I have a gel manicure, so that it lasts 2 weeks. As a regular customer the best customer service they could’ve provided was to fix the polish at no charge.
I will find a new place to have my manicures.

This place is great. Great service. The best place to go in the area. I get my pedicure and nails done every two weeks. They give you so many alternatives for pedicures they go from the basic if you are in a hurry to the top of the line the Palace Signature. Great variety of nail polish and gel polish. Gel polish is the best you get out of the place with your nails dry. Highly recommend.

Simply said amazing! Le and Lisa are incredible. I used to own nail salons years ago and have been doing nails for years, and by far Le gave me the best pedicure I have ever had. The massage was amazing. The color choices are by far the best selection I have ever seen. I love this place and I will definitely be back!
