Made an appointment on Friday to avoid waiting. The place was not packed but every chair were full. They asked what I wanted — full gel set with a design from a pick I got from Pinterest. They have one person who does all of the designs and artwork. She looked at it and said she could do it. I had someone do the full gel set. She was very friendly — which as we all know people in this industry are usually rude. She made it pleasant and was asking if she was being too rough, which she wasn’t. We she was done then the person who does the designs came over. I showed her the picture again and she took a picture for her to look at. I watched as she started and within 20 minutes she was done. I compared the picture with my nails. Bam they were exactly the same. The price was less than other places in Madera. I am extremely satisfied with the staff and end product. I will definitely come back and I will tell everyone that need to have their nails done to come here. They also offer things from pedicures, waxing, and an a ray of spa packages. Regardless go there.

I used to bring my girlfriend here but never again! The owner is rude, inconsiderate and does sloppy work. All he cares about is your money, he has no regard for customer service. My girlfriend had to come back multiple times to get her nails redone. I waited almost 3 hours for her to get a pedicure.

Will never go back. Not only is the owner rude but so is the staff! I wanted a a full set painted very simple. The technician was in a hurry(although there were no customers waiting) rushed and did sloppy work. Made my nails much shorter and squarer than I would have liked and did not listen when I asked her to keep them a lil longer and to round out the edges a bit. Underneath my nails the acrylic was actually sticking to my skin. when I nicely asked for her to «clean them up a bit» she got highly irritated! She painted them in a rush and got paint on my actual cuticls and on some places my skin! When I asked if she could clean them up she was offended! To top it all off when I paid I was told I couldn’t tip with a credit/atm card even though the recipt i was given had a place to add a tip which makes me think it my be a policy they enforce so they don’t have to claim all thier tips on thier taxes? Who knows. They all were highly unprofessional and rude. They also had some bizarre and offensive tv shows playing as well. I Will not be returning and would not asvise anyone to go here.

3D Nails is an «ok» place to go to if you are in desperate need of getting your nails done. Their customer service isn’t the best. I wouldn’t say they are rude, they’re more short with people, as in they are all work, nothing social, and I’m ok with that. Some people aren’t, and that’s understandable, I like to just get in and out. Another annoying thing about this place is that when they are doing your nails, the nail tech will take on another two clients. One that needs art done on the nails, and one that needs pink and whites or a full set. So your nail visit ends up being two hours long when it should’ve only been 45min. Also, if you call and make an appt. expect to wait when you get there. They are a tad ghetto in there, the nails with artwork are sloppily done, and that’s an understatement. I was actually shocked when I looked at their work. It’s hideous. A lot of their example nails are glued onto the backs of old CD’s. Looks trashy. But the owner, Kenny, does an awesome job on pink and whites. Which I why I gave them two stars.

The owners husband is so rude as soon as you walk in. As soon as I walked in he says«what do you want» «go pick your color» no please, hi, thank you! My sister got a gel manicure by him and it was not up to par… Not worth paying for and when my sister asked him to clean up the polish on her CUTICLES he tells her«some people like it on their cuticles, you need to tell me before if you don’t» ummm since when was polish made for the cuticles?!! I have my cosmetology license and I was just disgusted with their salon and how dirty it has gotten over the years. He was more concerned about being on his MacBook then providing good customer service! The only positive thing I have to say is that Tony the guy that did my nails was very friendly and made me feel comfortable after the fact. I hate to say such negative things but this is the second time he has been rude and with confirmation from what I seen with other walk in clients and friends that have gone there he is just RUDE! don’t waste your money unless you have a go to manicurist that doesn’t disappoint you here.

Really liked the way my nails were done. I had a horrible experience the last place I went to, this place was a refreshing difference. The guy that did my nails took his time and had great customer service. I will gladly go back for a fill every two weeks.

My pedicure was pretty good, I really enjoyed it and I thought I have found my new pedicure place, then I went to go pay. There was a man up at the counter whom I suspect to be the owner, I gave him my card and he ran it and I wrote down a 5 dollar tip for the gentleman who had done a good job on my pedi. The man at the counter seemed annoyed and pointed to a small sign that said cash tips only. I told him that I was sorry, I didn’t have cash and that I was confused because there is a tip section on the slip and he said that he didn’t want to pay taxes on the tips and that the next time I come in to please bring cash to tip. His attitude was aggresive and rude, Tips are not mandatory and should be appreciated whether or not they are«taxable» by the irs. His attitude over me giving a gratuity was such a turn off that I’m thinking there will not be a next time.
