3V Feed & Garden Supply

I ordered 9 chicks from 3V feed the beginning of August 2015. I called toward the end of September and went and picked up my nine chicks that were sexed to be hens.
As of today’s date, January 6, 2016, five of those «hens» have died, and one is crowing.
Two Buff Orpingtons, one Ameraucana, two Rhode Island Reds have died and two Australorp chickens are not looking healthy at all
The last RIR that died, on the 4^th of this month, I took down to Tulare to the UC Davis Avian pathology department.
First it was a rooster and second it died from Mareks disease.
I won’t do business here again and I hope anyone who got chicks this past August/​September has better luck than I had. Not only were my chicks diseased and had not been vaccinated by the hatchery, but quite a few are turning out to be roosters.

I like this place. I live in the Ranchos and buy feed for my goats, sheep & chickens. They always seem nice, and their prices are decent. Somebody always carries the big bag of feed out to my truck so I dont have to lift it. A good place to go if you have animals.
