California Solar

Solar works well, no issues, however I’ve had a constant problem with birds nesting under it and contacted the company multiple times so I don’t fix it myself and void a warranty. So, I have to say they don’t follow through with their customer service. and that’s not what you’re looking for when you make such a long term investment.

This company is installing a system on my neighbor’s property and they have hooked into my electricity without my permission. They disabled my power for their use twice without my permission. This system powers my security system so they left me, a single woman in the middle of 200 acres, without protection twice. They said they left their generator in Fresno and had no power. They offered $ 40 to use my power but they never had any money with them to pay me. They parked their vehicles in my driveway without permission. This is an agricultural business so they were blocking the access of my clients to my product. They never had a business card or a supervisor with any authority. They dug a trench by the side of the road and left a mess of mud and disturbed dirt for someone else to clean up. Their work is slovenly. Though I did not hire them, in watching their workmanship and their ethics, I would never use them and I have two solar systems of my own and know how systems should look. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Ran into Kenny at a home and garden show, we told him our house had solar panels and they weren’t working, and we’re interested In getting them fixed or replaced with new ones. He said he’d be by and take a look at them and talk about options. We left feeling positive about fixing our solar problem. Came home and told our neighbors about our chat with Kenny, they too were very interested in getting solar systems for their homes as well. NO SHOW, Kenny never showed, my wife called Kenny and he told her that someone would be out on Saturday to look at our system … No show. Wife called him again and he said he was busy and would call her back. Never called back. Frustrated and embarrassed about telling our neighbors what kenny was gonna do for us, we started to notice the whole neighborhood buying solar systems through another company, I guess one companies loss, is another companies gain x 6.
