Worse service ever I had to be at a meeting at a certain time and I called 3 hours before to confirm appt. They never showed up. when I tried to call back nobody ever answered… do not get this taxi service or you will be disappointed !!!

Alright… as I’m typing this I have been waiting for about 50min and a cab still hasn’t showed up. Obviously they don’t care about their customer services. I already called to check what’s the hold up and the lady that answers could careless couldn’t even give me an answer as to why they’re taking their sweet time. I eventually said if they’re running late and she just answered yes we’re running late.
I live in a town that seems like no one ever uses cabs so I don’t under why they take so long.
