John Shaw refinished the floors in our living room, dining room and main hall. John was meticulous, energetic, always on time, easy and enjoyable to interact with and generous.
I was a little nervous at first because I thought he under bid the job. Still, in the end he stuck with the original price without any problem at all. The floors are beautiful and my wife and I couldn’t be happier.
John has this monster vacuum cleaner. You can actually leave the other doors in the house open and the sanding dust does not spread. He was well organized and the stepwise process that he used allowed us to access the rest of the house for all but one day.
I would highly recommend John to anyone who wanted to have their floors refinished.
