I’m from out of the area and I came here wanting to have my fried fish fix at 8:00 pm. Not only were they out of hushpuppies, the fish was dripping in grease. I had to choose a side in place of the hushpuppies and chose the«new» onion rings. They were as greasy if not more than the fish. Greasy food does not normally bother me this way, but the grease wasn’t the problem, the oil tasted old and probably rancid. The manager seemed helpful when I asked her for a replacement side of coleslaw in place of my inedible onion rings, but the entire crew seemed to be socializing with a group of loud teenagers at the table closest to the kitchen. The overall impression was an unprofessional and careless crew, with a dirty lobby twist.

Went to this place at 11am it was still closed and there was not a single car outside in the parking lot even though they open at 11. Sure this place will be shutting down shortly

This place did a terrible job they didn’t have any shrimp or fish, so I came here and had to order the chicken!!! I was in the drive-through and the girl spilled a soda on my lap when handing me my drink and on top of all of that I asked the cashier when they would be getting a restock of seafood and she told me «whenever it gets here that when»… Great service and you wonder why they have 3 stickers on their drive-through window saying contact manager for feedback on your experience… This place is a joke!

Service was horrible. A simple order took 15 minutes to get served, and they got it wrong. There were only 3 people working, and none of them appeared to care about the customers. There didn’t appear to be a manager on duty. After getting my order wrong, forcing me to drive back to the store, they didn’t offer me anything for my trouble.
