This is the pinnacle of fast food. There fries are good I must say but, I do try my best not to eat fast food. Never had any issues at this location other than a long wait in the drive thru.

Worst service ever! I was waiting at the drive thru for more than 10 min then they told me to park my truck and they would bring out my order in a couple minutes. A couple minutes turned into another 5 minutes. The worst part of it all was that I only ordered 4 lemonades!!! I went inside and ask for my refund after waiting a total of 15 min. To top it off the employees were extremely rude and they had forgot that I was waiting for my lemonades.

McDonalds has consistency down when it comes to it’s food. The kids really like it and they leave happy with their happy meal toy. This establishment is up to date and considerably cleaner than the Kerman McDonalds that’s in terrible need of an update. The tables here were not clean though. I am guessing nobody had come out from behinds the counter to clean up yet. Customer service was good. The guy who took my order was friendly and effeciant.

Most of everything comes with cheese… and every time I ask for NO cheese… they always put cheese… Mc Donald needs to do the reverse and list cheese as an extra charge or addition… maybe then they will get it right!

Just another food joint on the corner. Nothing special. Compared to most McD’s this one is actually semi clean. My orders have come out fresh and hot so I won’t complain on that. However, most of the folks that work here put on the impression they are really at a McJob. Never good customer service so far. Orders can take forever, and double drive thru is never staffed. But at the end of the day, this place will hit the spot for late night munchies when you’re broke or nothing else is open…

This was actually one of the better McDonalds I have been to. I went there in the morning for some breakfast. Although they are an extremely busy restaurant, they are very efficient in handling their order fulfillment. As well, if they call your number and you don’t respond, they will bring your food out to where you are sitting. The Food was typical McDonalds, but the customer service and efficiency really stood out to me.

It seems like every two weeks they replace their entire staff with dumber people. The teenage boy working the register who just took my order, couldn’t find my order when i tried to pay for it in the drive thru. Took the boy 10minutes to find it. All Madera McDonalds cannot for the life of them make good french fries. Always a dull greasy brown, no salt. It really sucks that the customers suffer for the horrible effort these kids are making.

What to say about this location? I’ve been here about 7 times since moving to Madera about a year ago. I find the staff here to always be friendly and the drive thru to be quite efficient. A couple of times I didn’t know what to choose. They offered suggestions and was happy with them. Fast food being what it usually is, I expected sloppily thrown together food. Not so. Every time my burger was hot, the fries crisp, and the drink, not flat. Great job and thank you to the crew at the McDonalds.

Just had the worst experience last night. Waited maybe 20 min in the drive thru. When I got to the second window the girl asked me what my order was. It took forever for them to get me my food and they got it wrong. I would of gone back to complain, but I was exhausted from work. It was ridiculous. Never had such bad service at this location. I guess all the McDonald’s in this town suck now.

Where do I begin about this restaurant or the franchisee? I have made several complaints about this place from dirty stores(which I have sent photos to the franchisee) to bad service(which I have called the franchisee) and nothing has changed. My complaint about yesterday’s visit is strictly based on very slow service and broken equipment. This restaurant was recently rebuilt with a double drive-thru. This is a brand new store. A customer was placing their order on the speaker in front of me so I was sitting at the second speaker. No one was there to take my order. When the person ahead of me moved on, I moved to that speaker and placed my order. However the video screen did not work so I could not confirm my order. Because the employees were only using one speaker to get orders ready, the line had built up and there was a significant wait. When I finally got to the window to pay I asked why the other speaker was not being used and was told it was because of lack of staffing. Funny how the prices have gone up on nearly everything but cutting payroll and slowing down service seems to be this franchisee’s way of saving even more money. When I got to the pickup window, none of my sodas had ice in them. All four were ordered with lite-ice but since the ordering screen at this brand new restaurant did not work, I couldn’t correct the problem at the menu. Then the employee stood there with a deer-in-the-headlights look like she didn’t know what to do. I had to tell her to just give me my drinks so others don’t have to wait even longer for their food. When I drove away and looked in the bag, the two large French fry box were half empty. The cheese on my four McDoubles were not melted. This has always been a problem with this franchisee and I have complained a lot about this. If I am paying for a large fry, could your employees please take the time to open the box properly, fill the box the right way, and give the customer what they are paying for? How hard is it if they are taking their time to complete orders, to get them picture perfect? Why can’t McDonalds melt cheese on a hamburger? Would some one at the corporate office please do something to correct this franchisee’s problems? Would you please send a trainer to get these guys to do it right? I know Mr. Bender’s family has been a part of the McDonald’s family for around sixty-years, but who ever is running his operation now, is running it into the ground. Slow service, bad service and dirty restaurants is not what I expect from a McDonalds. But this is what we get in Madera, Chowchilla and Kerman.

With a 25 minute wait in the drive-thru I expect at least two things. Order accuracy. A polite sorry for the wait. I got neither. The other Mc Donald’s in town is much better.
