I thinks its a great random gas stop in the Madera county while traveling on CA-99 North because the bathroom is clean, they have a mini convenience store, the staff is nice and the area is safe and sound– really important when your not use to an area and urgently need to top gas up. They also have air filling station just incase your tire pressure is low. The gas prices here weren’t the cheapest but not like crazy expensive(was $ 3.34 when cheap rate was $ 3.14), plus the station pump machine was updated, and they have the convenience of tissue paper and a windscreen cleaner. The bathroom was really clean and well stocked, which was the most important thing for me next to filling up my tank. Take exit 153A onto Gateway Drive and the station is not too far from there. Getting back onto the station is also very easy, like a small detour and your back with 3 minutes into CA-99.

I got fuel at the Shell Station at 1040 S. Gateway Dr. In Madera, CA on 8÷7÷2012. It was my first time there. My R.V. «The Black Pearl» takes diesel. The price that day was $ 4.05. Madera is a good name for a town.
