In fairness I got a prompt estimate from them based on a rec, and I was also out of town at the time and so could not follow up within their 10 day window. However, I called to follow up twice to close the deal over the next 4 weeks, and my call was never returned. I wanted their business based on a recommendation, but again, none of my calls were returned. I’m a cash buyer. I’m a home owner. If you want my business, return my call. If you’re too busy that’s fine! Just return my call. I’d recommend looking elsewhere due to poor customer service.

After calling two other tree trimmers and having them give me the runaround, I turned to Unilocal and found ABK. I called and within a few hours someone was here giving me an estimate. I explained what I wanted done and the person was completely understanding and even offered up a few suggestions. He gave me his price, which was very fair, and I asked him when they could get the job done. He told me that he could do it the following day! Unfortunately it rained, but they were nice enough to call and reschedule for the next day. I came home from work to see that they had done a fantastic job on the tree. There wasn’t even a trace of sawdust in the area that they worked. I highly recommend their services for their promptness and professionalism.

These guys were the 4^th company I had give me an estimate. They all quoted about the same. I had a tree hanging over my house so I was a bit worried about damage when they took it down but they had no problems and got it down quick. 35′ mulberry. From estimate to felled tree was about a week. Awesome! One guy I actually hired took three months of scheduling mishaps and then at the last minute said it was too far for his piece of sh!7 truck. Not the best of luck with tree guys until I met these guys. They didn’t play around. 2.5 hours and it was done and cleaned up. Good clean up too. Nice job fellas.
Use this company if you need a tree down in ⁶⁹⁶⁄₇₅ area. They do great work!

Hey finally a tree trimming company that did a good job. They came over, gave me an estimate (fair price without playing stupid sales games), and did the job a week later. ABK showed up on time, when they said, remained in good communication, and cleaned up afeter the job (which was well done). Amazing.
