What a great place to help save lives and make a few dollars on the side! The facility is clean and efficient. The staff, for the most part, are professional and accurate. There are a few techs that disrespectfully talk about patients in front of the donors, which is why I don’t post 5 stars, and some of the techs should have more practice before sticking the donors, but there are some great techs who are fast, painless and quick.
The director is very accommodating and will personally express her gratefulness to each donor. She’s an extremely hard worker, and in my opinion, does her best to keep her donors returning and happy.
Much better than the grimey CSL plasma centers.
