Gray food all around. The pizzas are good with fresh ingredients and the wings are amazing. Like the previous post I only give it four stars because the management isn’t so great. I always order pickup, but every time I have to wait 10 – 20 minutes once there to get my order. I’ve even placed my order for pickup at a later timer and showed up 5 minutes after that time and still had to wait another 10 minutes for it to be ready.

I love Pizza Hut, but this one is poorly managed. Service is slow, especially trying to get a table to sit down… even when there are open seats. They definitely need better servers to greet and seat customers.
When we finally were seated, the server took nearly 10 minutes to return to the table for drink orders. One of our party had to go to the kitchen area four times to pick up drink refills, silverware and napkins. We received our appetizers at the same time the pizza arrived. Overall, a bad experience.
Manager needs to hire more help and better train the existing help. I’ll go back because it is one of my favorite pizza places in town, but some improvement would be nice.

As a foodie, I never thought I would say this, but Pizza Hut is one of the better restaurants in Madison Hts. The employees are all super nice and helpful so the service is great.
The food is hot and fresh; although it’s typical Pizza Hut food mind you, it is really good. I love their pizza but they have really good fast-​food type lasagna. It’s not MY lasagna, but it’s good. :)
When I visit the area, I usually go to the Pizza Hut one evening.
