I took my daughters gymnastics book bag to have her name put on it. When I went to pick the bag up there was a hole/​tear in it. I brought this to the employees attention immediately and he act surprised. He offered not one solution on how to rectify their error. I asked the employee if there was anything he could to prevent the hole from getting larger. He suggested fabric glue, I said okay. Well needless to say Team Threads was all out of fabric glue. I left the store with the book bag and proceeded to another store to purchase fabric glue. This was a horrible experience and poor customer service. I do not recommend Team Threads!!!

I got my high school varsity jacket from Team Threads and was very happy with the service I received as well as the quality of my jacket. I was able to get a custom design embroidered as well as get some patches sewn on. My jacket was done within the time frame I was given when I placed my order. I would definitely recommend going to Team Threads for your varsity jackets or custom clothing needs.
