Worst operation in the area! It doesn’t matter what their «move in special» may be, they have all kinda of hidden charges. I’ve paid $ 441 for a unit that is was supposed to be $ 88/mth, with the first month free. I had it three months… you do the math.
And God help you if you forget to fill out the move out notice at least three days before you move.
The manager, Debbie, is impolite and like the rest of her staff of two needs a refresher course in common courtesy. She doesn’t care about anything other than the company policy as written.
They have a courtesy truck you can use to move in IF you manage to reserve it in time. But don’t even think about using the truck to move out. They don’t allow that.
