I just left this store and I’m so happy with my iPhone 5 repair. The gentlemen who took care of me was very nice and professional. He answered all my questions and concerns, I was in and out within 30 mins. The price was great and they offer a 90 day warranty unlike most phone repair stores. Found an iPhone 4 on ebay through wireless geeks for $ 165. I called them & the guy who answered said the phone was in great shape and that all the buttons worked. He also said the phone would be shipped out to me that day. That phone call took place at 3:30 pm and I know most post offices close at about 5:00.
I was told a few days later the phone was actually shipped out on January 11 instead of the 10^th, not a big deal, but their employees should not say it will be shipped on a certain day if it isn’t going to. I was mad because I ordered the phone on January 10^th and when I tracked the package on the 15^th, it said the phone was still at a USPS facility in Michigan, but I ended up receiving the phone on the 16^th. Still pretty quick. Not sure if my phone was actually shipped on the 11^th, or if the post office is having problems.
The iPhone was in great shape. Everything worked fine and there was only one tiny scratch that was hardly noticeable. For the price, it was a good deal, in my opinion. It’s nice that they put their phone number on their ebay page and always answer during the day.
