Ron Boelter Window & Siding

We needed new windows. Ron’s salesman was great and certainly knows how to reel the customers in. Ron’s crew did and excellent job installing the windows, and we love them.
BUT if you looking for a worry free installation, I wouldn’t look here.
We began this project in May. It finally ended in August. The new windows were all installed in a timely manner, however… one of the screens was missing. The crew also noticed all of the other screens were ill fitting and told us they would get us new ones. We couldn’t even open the new windows because it just let in the bugs. We called several times, and got told they were waiting on the factory. It took 2 weeks to get the windows, and 2.5 months to get new screens! Something seems a bit off about that! I complained to Ron, he again shifted blame to the factory. I asked for $ 300 back (out of $ 14,000) for our trouble. Ron refused. Finally the distributor called me back and made it right.
However, my father in law called Ron when one of his guys offered to install his windows for $ 2,000 less. Ron called my father in law a few times and was very concerned about that.

Great product, great install, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
