Don’t understand some of the previous reviews. Staff is polite, efficient and professional. Doctor’s assistant is professional, adept and intelligent. It is 9 am. Sunday and I am so happy they are open and quality focused.

Came in and wasn’t too busy but at the end of the day — half an hour before closing (two days before Christmas) with a sick four year old. Never once were we made to feel inconvenient or rushed out the door by any of the staff, and we interacted with at least five people. I know we were inconveniencing too, they would rather be at dinner with their families! They stayed an hour past closing and Dr. Carroll answered all of our questions and genuinely covered all of the bases with what could be causing the problem without once getting impatient. We drove over half an hour to get to this particular AFC to be seen today and we would make the drive over all of our other closer walk in clinics because the staff is that pleasant and accommodating.

Horrible. Stay away. I waited one hour and never saw a doctor. No one checked on me or gave me an update. I walked out in frustration. Worst patient care I have ever experienced. I don’t know how they stay in business.
