As a Chiropractor, I didn’t realize how computer dependent my business was until I got a virus. Brad came to my office after hours and worked on my computer for a couple hours. After realizing that the virus was worse than he thought, he took my computer home with him, worked on it overnight, and returned it the next morning with a brand new, clean operating system! Brad explained things in simple terms to me, as I am very computer illiterate. My business didn’t miss a beat! Highly recommend!

I have an old desktop computer that we basically use to surf the web and store photos, music, and video. It had not been waking up from sleep mode for quite some time. Since we weren’t using it much we debated repair for quite some time. I called Brad at Aloka to see what they thought. He said they would take a look and within hours he picked the computer up at my house. They worked on it immediately. I have a limited knowledge of our system but Brad was really great. He communicated well thru email and was able to solve our issue extremely fast. I told him he could take as long as he needed (we operate day to day using our iPad) but he had the computer returned to us within 48 hours. I am sure it would have been the next day but I gave him an email address I didn’t check for over 24 hours. This was a really great experience. I am used to corporate IT where you are not viewed as the customer and timelines are meaningless. Aloka exceeded my expectations. I should also mention the price was incredible. Had this repair been expensive I would have just junked the old desktop. Our final price was under $ 100. This is the point I should remind you that they picked the unit up at my house and dropped it off. Really great job.
