Arby’s

TERRIBLE is the only word I can use to describe this location. We stopped here on our way home to use the restroom and grab a snack for the drive. We stood off to the side for a moment to decide what we wanted. When we were ready we walked up to the counter where about 10 employees (no exaggeration) were all talking about how they all wanted something. About a minute later one of them turns to us and asked the girl at the counter if she took our order. She turns around and says «oh, I didn’t know anyone was there». She did apologize 3 times, but my opinion of this place was already made. We placed our order and waited for our food. When it was finally ready the girl gave it to us, who I believe was a manager or team lead, and we were on our way. I was surprised that if she was in fact a manager that she didn’t apologize as well about basically being ignored. In addition to the bad service the bathroom was anything but clean. It had a terrible odor and clearly had been neglected for several hours, if not all day. The music was unnecessarily loud as well which made for an atmosphere not good to be able to chill and have a conversation with the person across from you. Usually we have good luck with Arby’s but this one is definitely on my ‘do not return’ list.
