They got the battery you need — for real! I went to 2 stores looking for a new battery for my «old» (digital) camera, as the sales associate told me at the last store. Um, it’s only a couple of years old, and so what if I have the expectation of things working for a good long time (my goodness, the disposable society we live in nowadays). None of these stores had it. I had bought this camera at one of these stores. What a disappointment that it cannot even keep batteries in inventory for things that it has sold. The other store had recommended Batteries Plus.
I walk into Batteries Plus — and yes! They have it, and with service with a smile. It made my day — thanks, Batteries Plus!
