They are fantastic! Even though the framing department had a 4 week turn around time, the woman there helped me find frames that would fit my art without having the pieces professionally framed. Not only that, but she also took the time to measure and cut a specific matte for my frame so that it looks professional. They even carried my purchases out to car for me. I highly recommend this store!

Best old fashioned 5 & dime store ever! Reasonably price, helpful staff. Best framing service in town! You guys ROCK! I’ve taken my kids through their childhood, then through my crafting years and now with my grandchildren. Great Store!

This arts and crafts store is staffed by friendly and charming people. They’ve got all kinds of fun stuff for parties, crafting, and kids. I recently had something framed here by the resident framer, Barb. She is AMAZING. She helped me decide on a mat color, frame, and layout. She really knows her stuff! The end result is great and the person I gifted it to enjoyed it a lot. The cost was also very affordable. While I was there, I also bought some bubbles and a rubber snake… because they had them. Impulse buys are fun. :3
Stop in Ben Franklin if you want something fun, need some crafting supplies, or need something framed for a reasonable price.

LOVE this store. It has any type of craft you would need and it’s local! There is nothing special about it, no frills… it hasn’t changed in atleast 10 years. I used to love coming here as a child; I moved away, now that I’m back I realized that the same people are still working there. It must be a family, mom and pop type store and I love that.
The only reason why it’s not 5 out of 5 is because no one stopped to ask me if I needed any help. I even made eye contact with the lady and all she did was smile. However, when I asked for help, I was helped considerately and friendly.
