Have stopped here a few times over the years; most recent visit was 12÷30÷13.
I was looking for a particular bottle of wine. I have found some really awesome wine scores here in the past, so I figured I’d give them a check.
+ Easy to get in and out of
— Small parking lot; I barely found a spot on a Monday at 2:15pm
+ Decent selection of liquor and beer
+ Wrap-​around coolers store plenty of cold brews
— Wine selection has really diminished
— Has a darker/​dingy feel to it; poor lighting
I think what threw me off was that there were kids (under the age of 10, if I had to guess), standing behind the counter, causing a bit of a ruckus as I shopped. I’m guessing they knew one of the patrons, because there seemed to be a back-​and-​forth exchange going on between staff, the kids, and the shopper.
I’d probably rate them 2.5 stars overall; can’t bring myself to give them 2-​stars. It’ll be a while before I return.

Madison, WI
Everyone who works here is very friendly and helpful. The selection of beer is pretty decent, and there is a decent wine selection too. This is where I go for all of my booze needs.
