Bad service manager was running cash register and no one was preparing the orders — crazy need better leadership

Came inside to order breakfast to go. Seemed under staffed and dis organised. Took forever to get food. Ann’s don’t even think of asking the rude manager for your coffee while you wait

Food is ok but the place as hassle to deal with. Everytime I go there are bums harassing outside. There is not enough parking to where I’ve had to park at the strip mall next to it. Dining area dirty and really small and no ketchup to where you have to wait even longer to ask for packets when you already waited twice the time of any other place. But the number 1 reason I dislike or avoid this location is the traffic is so bad getting in and out with it being at the intersection of 2 busy main roads that you can be stuck waiting 10 minutes to just leave.

I went to this location for lunch today. When I went to the drive through the first thing I noticed was at the first window was a man hanging out asking for my money. This is really weird. Then when I made it to the second window to receive my food they pulled me up to the front where I waited for 10 minutes. When I finally did receive my food it seemed overcooked and the Frappes tastes more like a chocolate shakes. I will think twice before visiting here again.
