They have a lot of different options for their food. I have gotten the ribs multiple times and they have always been wonderful. Every time I’ve been, the wait staff has been friendly and helpful. The tables have little touch screens on them that you can use to order another drink, pay your bill, look at the menu, or a few other things. You can even buy a song to play in the restaurant.

I should give a higher star rating, but we still received a poor service at this location. Granted it was very late, but still 2 hours before closing. We started with the skillet queso, which the queso was luke warm. However the chips were nice and crispy. The entrees themselves wasn’t great. Far from great actually. Edible, yes, especially a long day at the ball field we were all starving. My husband had the new sizzling steak, Honey Chiptole Steak and Shrimp with double fries. The tiny shrimp were frozen and definitely not fresh, and already cooked. The sauce however was good. My daughter had the big mouth bites well done. They were cooked medium so she barely ate anything and we never saw our waitress after she dropped off the food until the end of the meal asking us for check or dessert. I had the 10oz sirloin with double broccoli. The sirloin was definitely on the rare side, but I definitely didn’t want to send mine back this late at night just in case. And the broccoli was way over cooked and under seasoned. However it was edible and after ball games, it filled the spot. Overall, this Chili’s is extremely clean and typically the food and service is great. I think weakest went on an off time and wrong might. Definitely a 3.5 stars
