Update: Dave Jones came out again after this and they did not fix the problem and I hair another bill for the visit. I decided to have NAMI come out and look at all the shoddy work Dave Jones did. Am I glad I had them come out! They diagnosed the faulty actuator and found several other «problems» that were left behind.

I have an older home that’s needed alot of attention in the past few years. They did the plumbing for a bathroom remodel in my home 2 years ago and I’m very happy with that. The toilet flange cracked about 6 months after their 1 year guarantee but they still came out and replaced it for free. I also had them replace a water heater and water softener in the past couple years and I was impressed with the great prices and friendly service. Just this week I had them clear roots from the main sewer line and again I was impressed with how affordable things were.
