Refused to do my hair the way that I wanted. I showed them a picture and they did not deliver. They did what they wanted and I will never go here again. I paid but they will never get my service again. If you have a specific style that you want your hair done, DO NOT GO HERE. Your hair will not turn out how you wanted. I came to get my hair done with high hopes of it looking great but I wasted almost $ 200. Never again.

Ms. Faye has passed away as of last week.
I only learned about it once I had a cleaner come over and she told me she died on Wednesday or Thursday and was buried Friday.
Her husband didn’t announce it or say anything but this makes sense as to why a man kept answering her phone. Why? Ms. Faye was sick and dying which puts soo much into real perspective.
Ms. Faye deserves accolades for being anchored in her faith and ability to go after service beyond hair. She genuinely did try and fix everything surrounding our bad visits.
I don’t know who’s running the show now but apparently they don’t listen to her husband nor follow appointments booked which is bad all the way around.
May God bless Ms. Faye and her children that she leaves behind. There are no words as she made a real impact beyond hair servicer/​provider like a real beautician becomes an extension of family.
Think I’m just saying this? She received our annual Christmas card. She received the graduation invitation. She wanted to provide a going away gift and at the end of the day — SHE HAS MY RESPECT.
