Druska Personal Chef

I am a self-​admitted foodie and I have been fortunate to eat at fine dining establishments in many locations. Recently I had the pleasure of attending a private function that was catered by Chef Zach. Not only was I completely blown away by the quality of each course of the dinner, it was the manner in which he personally brought each dish to life by engaging with the guests that truly made it special. I look forward to my next trip from Boston so I can experience his fine cuisine again!

Zach was so easy to work with and offered us many options for our menu. He was willing to whip up items we already had in mind and then thoughtfully created new dishes according to our comfort level and that of our guests.
Service the day of our event was phenomenal. Food was delicious, Zach and Katrina were wonderful additions to our event so much so that we invited them to join the fun! Clean up was complete and my kitchen was spotless at the end of the event.
