Can’t say I was super impressed with them. I have a large bay window that I wanted to get drapes for. The woman came out to the house to measure and show samples and was nice enough, but she didn’t have all of her sample books. After initial order and down payment I never heard back from them. Had to call after four weeks to see what was going on. There was problem with the order, so I had to pick out new hardware. When the installer came they didn’t give the poor guy all the parts. Had to wait another week or so and he came back to finish. Took 3 months from start to final install. Communication was poor. Never had any kind of follow up call to see whether we were happy. Won’t recommend and won’t use them again. I would try to find a local non-francise business.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have had with a company. We ordered two blinds and they both were supposed to be bottom-up/top-down blinds. Both were incorrectly ordered. When we notified the designer she was unresponsive and the store employees were similarly unhelpful. I conservatively left at least 10 messages with poor to little response each time being redirected to the designer who was unresponsive and getting no help from the store. In the end I decided it was not worth it and just kept the incorrectly ordered blind(one was replaced probably because it was a standard size) which I believe was their strategy all along(to avoid having to pay for a new custom-sized blind). They did not even honor their return policy on one of the blinds despite the fact that we followed their archaic fax form procedure. To be fair the blinds seem to be of decent quality and are doing their job. However, be aware that this company does not stand behind their work and does not seem to have a centralized way of managing their ‘designers’ and as such defer to these salespeople to manage any order problems. So, if you get stuck with a bad designer you may be out of luck if you need any modification whatsoever.

They have a great selection of higher end(Hunter Douglas) and Eddie Z’s brand. The showroom is very nice, and folks there are friendly. My consultant was ok, but not overly helpful. The biggest issue is that I ordered shutters in November(4 months ago) and I still don’t have them. No one from Eddie Z’s has contacted over this time period to explain the delay — I’ve received info only by calling. And there hasn’t been much info. Still no idea when these blinds will arrive. If you don’t mind a long wait, this place is fine.
