It had been a long time since I’ve had an Einstein bagel. I was starving so I went for it on an early Saturday morning. Service was excellent. Those 9-​grain bagels are so fresh and a little warm. Yum. Highly recommended.

I’ve been here twice now, both times to pick up breakfast to-​go.
Great food, no doubt. I got Turkey Sausage on my choice of bagel and Yummo!!!
Customer service can be lacking though. The young guys and girls are usually pretty nice but the African American girl we had on cashier today was clearly just going through the motions. I think her name was Liz. She said everything she was supposed to, but it sounded forced or like a robot. Food was good. I think they should serve hash browns to go along with their breakfast bagels!!! Will return, but only with coupons in from the mail and only because it’s super close to our house.

Great customer service! They were low on asiago cheese bagels so the manager offered to make me fresh ones and comped me a drink while I waited. He also mixed up my fav jalapeño cream cheese. Luv Einstein Bagels!!!
