Beautiful place for a wedding! I was recently a bridesmaid in a wedding here and the whole weekend was perfect from start to finish! All of the wedding party checked in around 3pm on Friday and stayed through the whole weekend until noon on Sunday. It was great having everyone and everything in one place so we weren’t carpooling and driving back and forth. The innkeeper cooked us breakfast both mornings and it was just PHENOMENAL! I would highly recommend this place as a wedding venue!

During a trip last weekend to Madison, Georgia, my girlfriend and I stayed at the James Madison Inn in downtown Madison and it was lovely for the most part, but the breakfast was a bit of a let down. After hearing how great the breakfast was at the Farmhouse Inn at Hundred Acre Farm, we decided to swing by there andask if they could accomodate us the next morning. Wow, were we glad we did. The Farmhouse Inn is a beautiful piece of property with a working farm and substantial vegetable garden and orchard, which they use to supply the breakfast side of this B&B. The barnyard is placed far enough away from the residence so guests aren’t woken by the chickens, but they produce the kind of eggs us cityfolk dream of. The owners of the farm were lovely and gave us a tour of the gardens and offered to let us walk around the property and even fish in the lake. And the breakfast was amazing: peach and pecan bread pudding, with homegrown peaches and pecans(!), local sausage and homemade rosemary & sourcream biscuits. We will definitely be staying there next time we’re in Madison!
