This place is by far my favorite deli, the negative ratings are not accurate. The sandwiches are generously portioned and always very fresh tasting. It is exactly what I want from an Italian deli. The staff remember you after your first couple of visits, if that’s important to you. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Not a great experience. The staff seemed indifferent and the attitude was reflected in a sloppily made grilled veggie sandwich. The roll was too soft, like a supermarket roll, and the grilled zucchini had not been trimmed on the ends. It seems this place has seen better days.

This place reigns supreme. Small deli on Main St. with a huge selection that makes a killer Taylor Ham, Egg, and Cheese. Fast, reliable, personable, excellent service from real people. Go here. You won’t regret it.

Another great sub. I ordered online and picked up in ten minutes. The store was busy but my order was ready. Made exactly as I asked. Consistency matters !

I stopped in for lunch today because this used to be a pretty good lunch spot. Boy, has it gone downhill. Here are some of my complaints. The«fresh» food in the deli case looked completely unappetizing… like it had been there for a few days. Not seeing anything appealing, I decide to stay safe. I ordered lentil soup and a roast beef/cole slaw/russian on rye to stay. The soup was served in a styrofoam container with a too-small plastic teaspoon. It wasn’t hot. And it wasn’t very tasty. The roast beef was fine, but the bread was the ersatz rye bread they sell in the packaged bread section in supermarkets. Bland, tasteless and a little stale. The capper for me was when I asked to use the public restroom and was told they had none. Does anyone else absolutely hate that? How can a place that serves you food and beverage not provide the necessaries of comfort? The next time I go into Fratelli’s, it will have an «under new management» sign on the window.

Friendly staff and fantastic sandwiches, what more can I say? The place isn’t much of a sit-down place but it’s not bad in that respect. I’ve tried quite a few different sandwiches off of the menu and I can’t say anything bad about any of them. The meat has always been quality and the sandwiches are always good and the prices reasonable. They have a nice selection of specialty sandwiches that are nice to try and they are nice portions. I love their roast beef sandwich on garlic bread, personally.

I can only speak to the breakfast, but so far the sandwiches are pretty damn good. The Taylor, egg, and cheese was decent sized and pretty tasty. Service was quick enough and friendly overall. One downside was that they had all the doors open for some reason and it’s freezing outside, so the seating area freaking way too cold. If you’re driving by I still think Mimi’s up the street makes a better sandwich and is way more personal.

Love this place, and the staff. It’s an old school deli so not great for a sit down, but delicious food for take out or a quick bite.

They make a DAMNGOOD pork roll egg and cheese on a hard roll. Like that shit is off the wall bangin’ good. Unfortunately, you may wait 20 minutes for it. Very slow service, good(and cheap) breakfast sandwiches. One time I had a prosciutto de parma wrap for lunch from them. I bit into it and almost broke my tooth. Pulled out this weird yellow rock embedded in the prosciutto. I’m pretty sure that’s not supposed to be there? If it’s Sunday morning, and I’m hungover, and I have nothing to do, I will gladly wait around for a Fratelli’s pork roll. Otherwise, tread lightly.

It has a nice seating outside. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. We ordered a chef salad, a godfather hero, a broccoli rabe wrap, an order of fries, an order of mozzarella sticks, and 4 bottles of waters. I think the best thing was the mozzarella sticks. The fries were oily, limp, and undercooked. We left most of it on the plate. The salad, hero, and wrap were bland. On top of it I was charged over $ 54!!! I thought it was extremely expensive. Came home and looked at their menu. They overcharged me by $ 14!!! If you go here, make sure you get an itemized bill not just a total amount.

I don’t EVER give a place 1 star unless I absolutely HAVE to. Truly. I just feel bad doing it. Fratelli’s unfortunately was at that point. My wife and I just had lunch there, and had ordered some standard wraps: I had the chicken Caesar and she got the turkey wrap. The wrap I had was among the driest I’ve ever tasted. Chicken was hard and dry, wrap wasn’t heated up, and there was NO dressing on it at all. I had to ask for a side, and even still, couldn’t give it some moisture. My wife’s turkey wrap was also extremely bland with the only flavor coming from the scorching peppers. She told me it was almost impossible to eat — the wrap was also hard and stale. Not to mention for two wraps it was ~$ 18. I felt angry paying for that much on a lunch I couldn’t enjoy. Now again, we got WRAPS. It seems other peoples sandwiches were solid, and maybe that’s true. But as always, I review on my own experiences(and my wife’s, sometimes!), and they were both pretty bad.

Their veggie tuna salad is absolutely amazing! It has broccoli, celery, carrots and onions. All the food is good and you get large portions especially if you ask for tuna on top of a salad. They are very busy around lunch time. The prices are normal deli prices and they have outdoor seating if it is nice outside. I come here for lunch a couple times a month.

Great Deli. Plenty of different sandwiches and wraps to choose from. My personal favorites are the Royale, Texas Melt, and Grilled Chicken Ceasar Wrap. Definitely a staple for me when deciding what to eat for lunch. Staff is very friendly as well.
