I recently purchased the SEX1 Studio Bundle from the Full Compass website. I was at ease making such a purchase as the business turned out to be a Google trusted company, which meant that my order would be handled safely. What really amazed me however, was the customer service provided. After making my purchase, I was surprised to receive a follow-up phone call thanking me for my business, in addition to an estimate as to when my package would arrive! I wish all businesses would do such a great follow-up with their customers. I truly felt like my business was appreciated. Not only that, the shipping was GREAT! I placed an order Sunday and received my package Thursday evening. I would definitely recommend this site to others, and look forward to making more purchases from Full Compass in the future!

Web site says they match prices… THEYDONT!!! they rather loose Business to another state then move off of a price. Bad Business if you ask me. Its ok. Ill go to another state to buy and wont have to pay shipping or tax. So much for trying to support my home state business.

They list items in stock for 3 – 4 day delivery that are clearly not in stock. Even after placing a phone order for the back-order the web site remains the same.

I really wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered a new set of Westone in ear monitors yesterday morning before they even opened. I selected overnight shipping because I really needed them the next day. After my order was placed a message popped on the site that some shipping was delayed, because of this I followed up with a phone call as soon as they opened that morning to make sure they could be here in time. I was assured that they were in stock and would be here the next day. After all day I never received a shipping confirmation so I called again. I was told they would be sent out on the 5pm shipment and again assured they would be here today. I even have a voicemail from a guy named Josh saying that it was being packed up right then to ship. This morning I had still not received a confirmation of shipping so I called again. I was told by a guy named Reid that he needed to check with the warehouse and would call me back. That never happened. I call again, this time I get Ben, who I also spoke with yesterday. He tells me they have not even been picked yet, so there is no way I’m getting them in time even though they already charged my card and took my money for the overnight shipping. I have no idea whats going on at this company but after reading these reviews, this seems to be an on going problem. Still no confirmation yet after 2 days. I have worked in the music industry for 13 years and have thousands of friends on social media who also work in this industry. I’ll be sure to let them all know not to waste their time with this company. Sweetwater and Musicians Friend are better options.

I bought a Behringer CMD Studio 4A from them and was happy. So I decided to try them again. I googled what I wanted, Harmor virtual synth, and Full Compass appeared with other vendors. I sent the money expecting an immediate email, since it is delivered by email, but it looks like I have to wait until Monday. Bad move Full Compass. I could have used a different vendor and be sculpting sounds instead of writing this negative review. But I chose Full Compass… for the last time. Good luck with your business. I’m shopping B&H or Sweetwater from now on.

I always buy my Reel to reel tapes from these guys. They have the best prices for them + they always take care of my orders in a timely manner. I would not go anywhere else but here. Recently I bought a yamaha hifi CD player from them. Very competetive prices. Also wanted to buy a Turntable, they could not help me since they don’t carry the brand but my sales Rep TW helped advised me and even directed me to a place which does TT sales in large scale. Recently rented speakers and microphones for an event and was very pleased with the service and quality. I emailed Full Compass, described my needs, and received a prompt response with a quote(within a couple hours). Easy pick up during regular business hours. I was showed how to use the equipment and it was loaded into my car. Equipment was easy to set up during our event and the sound quality was great! Quick and simple return. Will definitely use them again!

It’s a tossup between Full Compass and Sweetwater as to who is better, as far as I’m concerned. I have ordered both audio and video equipment from both and have always been very pleased with the service and the merchandise. My most recent purchase from Full Compass were some new wireless microphones for my church to replace some old outdated ones that operate on a now illegal bandwidth. Full Compass had exactly what I needed and got them to me in two days with free shipping. I’m very happy!

What a horrible company. Disorganized and frankly very rude. Prices are about the same as Sweetwater or American Musical Supply, but the customer service at those companies is so much better than Full Compass. And if you need to return something? Heaven forbid. Run away from this company… run fast!

Wouldnt even rate then as 1 star but Unilocal wont let me dk anytjing less than that. To start Don’t waste your time or money ordering ANYTHING from Full Compass. I recently made a large purchase from their website which took over four hours of my time back and forth with their«customer service» sales rep. Not only will they not allow you to ship to a business address they flat out won lt ship the package to any where but your on file billing address. And further more they couldn’t en provide me with a tracking number for my package. I paid for the shipping, it’s only natural I get to be informed or aware of when FedEx will be delivering it to me!!! This is one of their illegible polices is the only explain soon I’ve received, why would anybody give someone payment for sometime that you can even track it’s arrival. I’m over it. I will not do business with this company in the future and I would advise anyone else to do the same. Save youraelf the frustration and time!

Tried to purchase some DJ equipment from this company. My order was denied because my billing address for my credit card was different from my shipping address. Really?! I run several companies and have never run into to this. One of my companies the billing address is our PO Box and the mailing address is the store front or what if I wanted to send a gift to someone? I obviously can’t do it through Full Compass. Also why do you offer the option of a alternate billing or mailing address? Doesn’t make sense especially in this economy. I’ll be sure to send along my $ 600+ receipt from the company that’s okay with a different mailing address.

This is truly the best A/V company in the country. Their prices can’t be beat by and far. Their sales reps are great and treat their customers great. I can’t stop recommending this place to everyone that comes in to my office. If you need anything from a microphone to a full sound system give these guys a call.
