I took a pendant there to be consigned years ago. I checked on once. and then when I came to check on it again it was gone. and they had no record of it being consigned. seemed shady to me. I was there when the store intially opened. never again.

I’ve always had a very pleasant experience here. The staff are friendly and helpful. We were able to sell them some jewelry and I felt the rate for our gold was more than fair. Having them be so kind to my children was a plus too.

This is an excellent store for purchasing estate jewelry. You will find some really unique one-​of-​a-​kind pieces at this location. They have a broad selection, separating saphire, emerald, ruby and diamond collections by type. I recently purchased a saphire and diamond ring from the store. I needed to have the ring resized and made flatter against my finger. They offered resizing of the ring, but they would not alter the design of the ring in any other way. The only other problem with the store is the selection. 90% of what they carry is 14kt gold, silver or white gold. Even their most expensive diamond pieces (around $ 3,000+) are only made of 14kt gold. I will consider their business in the future when looking for fairly priced fine jewelry.
