This unassuming looking spot on E. Washington Ave. is run by a super friendly and helpful gentleman who loves chatting all things comics with anyone who might walk in the door. The shop has about 30 or so long boxes of older /2nd hand comics — including some rare and collectible titles — and jam-packed walls full of new releases, trade paperbacks, etc. There are also myriad action figures and collectible figurines, plus a smattering of other comics related wares. They seem to focus largely on the mainstream titles — Marvel, DC, etc. — but they have an entire wall dedicated to independent stuff, and stock most of the beloved titles on the indie side of the spectrum. Everything is laid out in a way that makes it easy to find stuff, and the aforementioned manager of the shop is really laid back and friendly — I saw him eagerly help a 6-year old boy, a 40-year old woman, and a gaggle of teenaged Star Wars geeks all in the 20 – 30 minutes I was there one day.
