Hawthorne at the Ridge

My husband and I have lived here for two years now and have extended/​renewed our lease twice. The staff is super friendly and helpful and we enjoy the complex’s location because it feels like a retreat at the top of a hill while still being close to grocery stores and restaurants, etc. The rent is reasonable, but the rates are more favorable to new tenants. Our neighbors can also be a little noisy, but other than that, it is a great place to live! There are tons of community activities that the staff puts on for the residents and they take the time to make sure people feel at home.

I lived at Mountain View Apartments for five years before moving out. I have to say, it’s really well deserved. I have little problems with it. It was kinda expensive, but it wasn’t too bad. For the most part, it was a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. No problem, and if there is, there are like four off duty police guys that lived in the surrounding area.
Most of the neighorhood are Middle Class families. Not bad, for a single person as well.
It has a nice park for the kids. There was a swimming pool which was open during the summer. You had your own mail box near the main office and the swimming pool. The mail comes pretty quick. The landlords were very nice. If you need something fix, the staff get it fix really fast. They give you a list to check, when you look at a apartment, they fix it for you for FREE. Not only that, but they make sure to vaccum and change the carpets every time a new person move in,
The only problem I saw, are the building can easlier burn due to fire. They really make sure, you don’t grill in your porch and make sure your smoke detector works. Which is number one safety. While I was there, one building did burn down. DO FOLLOW FIRE SAFETY!!!
The apartments also print out monthy fylers for it’s guest. The apartments are seperate by rooms numbers: you can get a single bedroom apt. (come with bathroom, living room, kitchen) or two bedroom apts (comes with two bathrooms, living room, kitchen). One of the greatest thing about living in Mountain View is that the apartments come with a Washer and Dryer so you don’t have to take your clothes to the laundry mat. The apartments Internet and Cable provider is Knology.
