Housekeepers

I have had their bi-​weekly service for about 5 months and it has been an experience. The person assigned to clean my home, at first, did OK. About a month ago, the housekeeper left the key to my house with a note that she was leaving the company and would not return. Believe it or not, the service never contacted me. Finally a couple days before my next service, I called them and was told that the same person would be returning. I wasn’t thrilled, as the cleaning had been going down hill.
Reluctantly, I allowed the same person back. After 2 cleanings, the key was again left, this time with no note.
I have called three times this week (their office hours are VERY LIMITED), twice after hours and left a message and once during business hours, with no call back.

We have had a bi-​weekly cleaning for about six months now. We are so pleased with the young lady that cleans our home. The office staff is great, always friendly and reschedules when we need too!
